30-day money-back guarantee
If MI8OS is not right for you, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it and get the full purchase price back. You don’t need to give a reason, and it doesn’t matter if you have already set up and used the cards.

How to return
Email us at info@mi8os.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before you send anything back.

Before you send cards back
Your secrets stay on the cards. Delete them in the MI8OS app before you return the cards.

Return shipping
Return postage is paid by you. If your order arrives defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, we cover the return and make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return has arrived, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few more days to show it. If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after we confirmed it, please contact us at info@mi8os.com.

Exchanges
To get a different item, return the one you have and place a new order.

Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which it does not limit. Statutory warranty rights for defective goods apply in any case.

Right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MI8OS, A. Karapanos, Luzernerstrasse 17A, 5630 Muri, Switzerland, info@mi8os.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
